By using AeraWise ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

• AeraWise is an AI-powered study tool for educational purposes.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI features.
• AI-generated content (notes, questions, explanations) is provided for study assistance only. Always verify important information with your teacher or official syllabus materials.

2. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We are not liable for unauthorised access due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

3. Pricing

AeraWise is currently free to use. We may introduce paid "Pro" features in the future; if we do, the price and payment terms will be shown clearly before you are asked to pay, and these Terms will be updated.

4. AI-Generated Content

AeraWise uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate study materials. While we aim for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. Do not rely solely on AeraWise content for critical exams without cross-referencing official sources.

5. Intellectual Property

The AeraWise platform, design, and code are owned by AeraWise. Content you create (your notes, teaching sessions) remains yours. You grant us a licence to store and display it for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

AeraWise is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, exam results, or other damages arising from use of the Service. Your use is at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of AeraWise after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.
